UPDATE - June 2:
Video has just been released of police forces attacking activists who were peacefully protesting in Asunción, asking President Cartes of Paraguay to protect LGBT citizens from discrimination and violence. Help make sure LGBT people in Paraguay are not silenced and attacked. Sign now!

Published on June 1: Paraguay is about to tell the world: "We support discrimination".

Next week, the Organization of American States, which includes every single country in the Americas, will meet in Asunción. After six years of discussion and debate, they will vote on an important declaration with the power to protect LGBT people from hate and violence – but Paraguay just said that it will vote against it.

Let's organize the largest petition for LGBT rights that Paraguay has ever seen! When the meeting begins, SOMOSGAY and All Out will deliver our signatures to President Cartes, asking him to change his mind and vote in support of love. Sign now!
