This campaign has ended.

Follow us on Facebook and Twitter for the latest updates and help us get the word out about our campaigns for love and equality.

Our partners in Barbados have reported that the march was moved to 22 November. Organisers have yet to announce the event to the public, but we've gotten an inside look at what they've been sending around to recruit people:

"The rally... is an appropriate and necessary response to the aggressive agendas from various interest groups and other national and international movements to redefine family... The current moral landscape pertaining to matters of Family, Faith and Freedom is contrary to God’s purposes and as such, should not to be ignored. As a case in point, consider the ‘Pride week’... organized by “Barbados Gays and Lesbians Against Discrimination – (BGLAD)”, a national event that is purposed to celebrate and draw support for the homosexual movement in Barbados..."

Thanks to the incredible response so far, we're doubling our goal! If just 281 more people chip in, our partner group B-GLAD will be able to organize their own rally the same day a huge anti-equality rally is taking place in Barbados. We'll help them purchase giant banners, signs, a tent, and provide transportation for equality supporters. Chip in to help us reach our goal.

Imagine living in a country that refuses to acknowledge you exist. That's the reality for gay, lesbian, bi, and trans people living in the Caribbean nation of Barbados. And it's about to get even worse.

Next week, a powerful coalition of religious groups are organizing a giant anti-equality march in Barbados – the first of its kind. They're reporting over 50,000 people will pour onto the streets, spouting homophobic hate.

That's why our partner group in Barbados, B-GLAD, has asked us to help publish a huge, pro-equality ad in Sunday's national newspaper. The ad will be seen by thousands of people all over the country with a message of love and acceptance, right before the anti-equality march.

We only need to raise $3,000 in the next THREE DAYS to put this powerful plan into motion. Can you chip in to raise up the voices of lesbian, gay, bi, and trans people in Barbados?
